How to Access Your Mailbox From Anywhere

You can read your e-mail from any internet-connected PC, using your Trupod WebMail interface. For example, you could read and send mail using a PC at the local library. Or you can use an e-mail client on your own desktop PC to deliver and send your mail.

WebMail:

Your domain's WebMail interface is at:
http://YourDomain.com/webmail/
(but replace "YourDomain.com" with your actual domain name).

Login using your email account username and password.  (These were defined in Cpanel when your mailbox was created.)  Please use your full e-mail account username to login to the webmail interface.  Example: YourName@YourDomain.com instead of just YourName.

Once you login, you can choose an e-mail program to view your mail: SquirrelMail or Horde or RoundCube. Pick one.

If you are logging into your WebMail for the very first time, the program might ask you to specify certain options, such as From: field and a signature. (The From: field is the name that your recipients will see in the header of mail that you send. Your signature is text that will be appended to every mail that you send.)  Enter your desired options and click Save; then continue to your inbox.

If you are unable to login securely, you might try: http://YourDomain.com:2095 . (This takes care of a problem that might arise if your Internet Service Provider is blocking port 2096, which is used for the secure webmail connection.)
